Where do I start? How do I start? What’s the best strategy? Our G2A2 framework is designed to answer all your questions and take the guesswork out of achieving your goals and ultimately achieving greatness. Each step includes all the necessary knowledge, motivation, products, and plans to get you to the next level. Integrated into the trans-theoretical model of behavioral change, these 4 steps will move you through the 5 stages of behavior change so you can achieve what greatness means to you. 

What is the Transtheoretical model? 

A behavioral change model developed from over 35 years of scientific research, applying the results of research funded by over $80 million worth of grants and over 150,000 research participants using the Stages of Change to integrate the most powerful principles and processes of change from leading theories of counseling and behavior change.

Stages of Behavioral Change:

Pre-contemplation: 

At this stage you are not ready to change or are thinking of it, often due to lack of information or misinformation. This is where you need to figure out where you want to go on your journey and why. 

To support you in this phase we offer verified and trustworthy information about health, wellness, personal development and fitness so you can make the right choices for yourself about where you want to go with your health and fitness goals. 

Contemplation: 

At this stage you are thinking about making a change and are weighing the pros and cons of change.

You’re getting ready for change but need an extra push. 

This is where our developmental framework starts, starting with GO. 

To support you in this phase, we offer targeted motivational content for getting started.

Preparation: 

At this stage you are motivated and ready to make a change and now need a plan. 

This is where GROW will support you in making a successful plan. 

To support you in this phase, we offer targeted workout plans, programs, nutrition plans, and more.

Action: 

At this stage you have started your plan, and are actively making the lifestyle changes from your personal plan while tweaking and making adjustments to optimize your results.

This is where ADVANCE will support you in optimizing your plan and results. 

Maintenance: 

At this stage you have nailed down your personal plan, have been sticking to it and getting results. 

This is where ACHIEVE will support you in maintaining your changes, preventing regression, embodying your new self identity and ultimately achieving greatness. 

G2A2 Framework for Greatness Outline

Our framework is integrated into the (TTM) designed to move you through the stages of behavior change.

Pre-phase: Understanding Stages of change/Goal setting: 

  • The trans-theoretical model of behavior change breakdown – how change happens according to science
  • What does greatness look like to you?
  • Why should you Grow/Change?
  • Finding your unique destination/goal setting
  • Pre-contemplation phase
  • In this phase you are not ready to change, just passively absorbing information

Go

  • This is where our framework starts 
  • Get Started, get moving, get going, do something, anything, it doesn’t have to be perfect
  • Lots of motivational content for getting started
  • Start today, not tomorrow
  • In this phase you will focus on trying out as many new things as you can and learning as much as you can about your goal you figured out in the pre-phase, and other examples of people who have achieved your goal. 
  • Contemplation Phase – Thinking Phase
  • The goal of this step is to move you from the contemplation phase to the Preparation Phase.
  • Build the intrinsic motivation to change. 

Grow

  • Build on your foundation, stay the course
  • Priming for success
  • Preparation Phase – Planning Phase
  • The goal of this step is to zone in on how you will achieve change and make a plan.

Advance

  • Strive for your highest potential
  • Action Phase
  • The goal of this step is to execute, optimize/adjust, execute again – complete this cycle until you have a plan that works.

Achieve

  • Actualize your goals
  • Maintenance Phase
  • The goal of this step is to actualize your goal and sustain it. 
  • This is where you embody greatness and integrate it in your self-identity.
